Pick Up Policy for Deer Orders:

You are required to pick up your meat within 48 business hours once a notification has been sent out about your order being completed. If it is not picked up within this timeframe, you will be charged a $25 storage fee to be placed into the freezer. (All orders remain in our walk-in cooler upon pick up- during the 48 hours.)

Once the original storage fee has been charged, an additional $25 will be added (collectively) every additional 3 days until the order is picked up.

*During drop off, please add additional phone numbers if you are going out of town or cannot pick up promptly to avoid this fee.

Update about Ken’s upcoming retirement:

With the word circulating about Ken’s future plans with the business, we are here to say that we ARE operating this season. However, there will be a few changes that our regulars need to be aware of.

  • We are no longer deboning. You will be required to have your meat ready to go for the grinder. Clean it like you’d like to eat it.

  • All add-ins (pork, brisket, green onions, etc.) will have to be purchased through Ken. You will not be able to bring your own ingredients.

  • If you are bringing in meat for multiple orders— the meat needs to be separated as desired prior to drop off. Do not put all of the meat together in one chest if you are wanting to separate it. Place the meat in separate ice chests as you desire to have them processed.

More information about Ken’s retirement and the business’s future will be announced at the end of this deer season.

*These prices can change at any time. — We do not guarantee that the price when dropping off will remain the same when picking up. We charge the current market price.

*For each link, you will see the desired ratios on the left and the product listed on the top. Simply align the two on the chart to see the current cost per pound.

However these links do not include any other add-ins such as: green onions, roasted bell peppers, jalapeños, cheese, etc. If your desired recipe has any of these products— there will be additional charges.

If you are mixing different types of meat add-ins (ex: 25% Boston butt — 25% beef brisket — 50% deer) please call the shop for more information on pricing as it is not listed on the website.
